E falando em tartarugas, eu me lembrei da expressao "It's turtles all the way down" de Russell, que vem dessa bela passagem anedotica extraida (claro) da Wikipedia:
A well-known scientist (some say it was Bertrand Russell) once gave a public lecture on astronomy. He described how the earth orbits around the sun and how the sun, in turn, orbits around the center of a vast collection of stars called our galaxy. At the end of the lecture, a little old lady at the back of the room got up and said: "What you have told us is rubbish. The world is really a flat plate supported on the back of a giant tortoise." The scientist gave a superior smile before replying, "What is the tortoise standing on?" "You're very clever, young man, very clever", said the old lady. "But it's turtles all the way down!"
Mas melhor ilustrada nesse quadrinho do fabuloso LOGICOMIX:

tsuk tsuk tsuk ..... Renato, with the rabbit and turtle sculpture you missed the most obvious meaning of it and went for the contrived one :-) I think you are perhaps too geeky :-p.
The sculpture is in reference to the well-known children story of "The Tortise and the Hare" where the Hare thinks he can win over the Tortise so he slacks off and loses at the end. After all, there was a rabbit behind you not a greek warrior :-D

Heheheh... Thanks, Hussam. I usually find myself doing that, but come one, it is fun missing the obvious.
Guilherme, yes. Most people do. in fact, most of people go there in flip-flops. I am usually way too well-dressed for my working environment...
Btw, Hussam. I am impressed with the astronomically fast evolution of your Portuguese-reading-skills.
